- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5-6 business days following order confirmation, as each product is made to order specifically for you. Please note that shipments will not occur on weekends or public holidays. After dispatch, your order will arrive within 7-10 working days. In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays. We will promptly inform you of any significant shipment delays and strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- International Shipping: "thread CRAFTERS" does offer international shipping. Customers can choose between Standard and Priority shipping methods. The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the products and the delivery location. Before finalizing your order, the shipping fee will be displayed, allowing you the option to cancel your order if needed.
- Delivery Process: Our courier partners, thread CRAFTERS, will deliver your package to the address provided at checkout or to an authorized individual on behalf of the recipient. There is no requirement for the courier to deliver directly to the recipient personally.
- Shipping Costs: We provide free shipping within India for orders over Rs. 6500. For orders below this threshold within India and for all international orders, a delivery fee will apply based on your delivery location, which will be displayed at checkout.
- Chargeable Weight: Shipments will be charged based on chargeable weight, which is defined as the higher of:

The volumetric weight rounded similarly. - Cash on Delivery: This service is limited to specific areas. We are continually working to expand our delivery coverage. If your PIN code is outside our courier partner’s service area, thread CRAFTERS will only ship your order on a pre-paid basis using the best available option.
- Delivery Delays: Please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as pandemics, natural disasters, public strikes, traffic issues, or other circumstances that can hinder delivery.
- Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number and a link for tracking. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs and Taxes: "thread CRAFTERS" is not liable for any additional customs, octroi, or taxes that may be applied to your order, which vary based on the destination state or constituency. All fees incurred after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to fi le a claim. We ask that you retain all packaging materials and damaged items prior to fi ling.
- Inspection of Shipments: Our courier partners may inspect any shipment at their discretion or upon request from authorities, without incurring any liability.
- Proof of Delivery: Proof of delivery or alternate documentation will be provided upon request within 90 days of shipment booking.
- Undeliverable Shipments: A shipment will be deemed undeliverable if:
- The recipient's address is incomplete, illegible, or incorrect.
- The recipient refuses to accept delivery, sign, or pay.
- The shipment may cause damage or delays to other goods or people.
- The shipment cannot clear local or state boundaries.
- A recipient of a Cash on Delivery (COD) shipment refuses to pay.
- Site Accuracy: Occasionally, the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such issues and update information as needed without prior notice, even after an order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Sustainability Note: Packaging materials contribute significantly to landfill waste. We encourage all customers to reuse and recycle their packaging materials.
- Address Change Fee: If a customer wishes to change the delivery address after order confirmation, a fee of INR 60 will apply.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make a maximum of three delivery attempts. After this, the consignment will be considered rejected.
